Tompkins Mahopac Bank

Wow! We've got so many long-time employees to celebrate this year! Please join us in honoring these team members who have contributed so much to the bank and its customers.

NBRM35 Years of Service

Noreen Brancaccio – Vice President, BSA & Security Officer

Noreen Brancaccio is an industry expert, company icon, and one of Tompkins Mahopac Bank’s longest-serving team members. With 35 years of service, Noreen has enjoyed a long and successful career.

Her career at the Bank began in September 1983 as a part-time drive-up teller at the Mahopac Branch. Later on, Noreen became a Teller, Head Teller, and Assistant Branch Manager in Mahoapc before becoming the Branch Manager of the Mahopac and Putnam Valley Branches. When the company only had four branches, Noreen became the Branch Administrator. During this time, Noreen also served as the Bank Secrecy Officer, Compliance Officer, Security Officer, and even did some lending along the way. We like to say Noreen has truly done it all! Fifteen years ago, as the company grew, Noreen focused on BSA and security, becoming the BSA and Security Officer.

Noreen is known for her dedication to our company, its customers, and her colleagues. Her sense of humor and work ethic are unrivaled, and we are grateful for her service and friendship. Noreen grew up in Yonkers before moving to Mahopac where she raised her children. Noreen still resides in Mahopac today with her husband.

25 Years of Service

Robinson Morel – Officer, Facilities Manager

Robinson Morel is responsible for keeping Tompkins Mahopac Bank’s buildings and facilities up-to-date, modern, and in working order. With 25 years of service to the bank, countless employees have counted on him and his expertise.

His career at the Bank began in the facilities department in 1993 and after just five years, was promoted to Facilities Manager, overseeing the department. When Robinson started in this role, the Bank only had three branches. Over the last two decades, Robinson has overseen the construction, design, and all other physical aspects of growing our branch footprint throughout Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester Counties.

Robinson’s attention to detail, professionalism, and pragmatism have made him a valued and crucial team member, and we are grateful for his service. Robinson was raised in the Dominican Republic, and currently resides in Wappingers Falls with his family.
